• Outlook is our email service on your computer and phone. Here you can also see your calendar. Therefore, we do not use the Mail app for e.g. iPhone.
  • Teams is our communication and collaboration platform. It offers a secure and user friend cloud solution to gather and manage all your files and folders that are owned by you. Typically each department have a specific team, which you will be added to. 
  • Sharepoint is our ESS-FOOD cloud archive, which can be used on your computer and your phone. ESS-FOOD has various folders on our Sharepoint site, which you will be given access to, aswell as departments have local sites. 
  • Authenticator is used for multifactor validation (2-step verification) on your phone, which means you can sign into your Microsoft account without having to type a code everytime (for example via SMS), since the app generates codes for you. IT can help you get it running for you. 
  • Acubiz is used for managing expenses and travel settlements. Acubiz can be downloaded as an app on the phone, but you can also use the solution on the web. The download is recommended, should you be assigned a company credit card.
